Thank you for posting this info about Black Women in Animation. I am an aspiring animator and a woman of color who needed to know that there are other animators like me who have been successful in the industry. I am hoping someday to meet them all and talk about the business of animation. Keep posting more info.

Hey, I was taking a little break and playing google roulette with my name When I came across your Blog.

Thanks for the mention. As long as you’re talking about folks branching out into other Genres, I thought I would add that I’m branching out into live action. God willing I hope to make the jump there. I’m in the final days of post production on a short film called “Witt’s Daughter” but you can check out the web site with an early trailer, pictures, a blog and bios for some to the crew and talented cast for the film if you’re interested.
